Be honest with yourself.

Everybody leans on you. You are the one who gets it done, who holds it all
together, who somehow keeps pouring even when the cup has been empty. You
give freely. You love giving. But you have been running so long on so little
that you cannot even name what you need anymore. This course is about
learning to identify your needs and ask without overthinking or feeling guilty.
Because you deserve to put down the weight of the lie that taking care of
yourself is selfish.

"Your needs are not a flaw. They are the very place
where Hashem's light is waiting to enter."

From Chany's Teaching

What You Will Learn

You do not have to keep
running on empty.

Know what you actually need, not just what you think you are allowed to need

Catch yourself in the moment you start to shrink what you need before it ever has a chance to be heard

Ask without guilt, without the apology sewn into the asking, without bracing for the no

See that “needy” is just unfulfilled need that was never named, not a flaw in who you are

Feel genuinely heard in your home

Recognize the HALT cycle in yourself so you can stop the spiral before the loneliness sets in

What Happens When We Deny Our Needs

It starts with hunger.
And it does not stay there.

When we keep saying "I'm okay" to a need that is not okay, the need does not
disappear. It just goes deeper. There is a name for where it goes.

H

Hungry

You have a real need. For sleep. For space. For connection. For intimacy. For someone to ask how you are and actually wait for the answer. It is there. It is valid. You say "I'm fine" anyway.

A

Angry

Hunger that has no name becomes irritability. Snapping at your children. Feeling like your husband cannot give you the basics. The anger is not the problem. It is what hunger looks like when nobody sees it.

L

Lonely

When the anger goes unattended, something quieter settles in. A sense of disconnection. Of not quite being found. Not dramatically alone, just a little further from yourself than you used to be.

T

Tired

After all of it, a heaviness arrives that sleep alone cannot lift. You are tired of wanting. Tired of trying. This is what happens when a neshama goes too long without being fed.

Real Women, Real Shifts

What happens when a woman starts asking.

Something shifted in how I see myself after this course. I stopped waiting for permission to have needs. That change alone was worth every penny.

I asked my husband for something I had wanted for three years. He said yes in thirty seconds. I had spent three years convincing myself the asking was not worth it.

I am a giving person. I love giving. But Chany showed me that receiving is also a midah, and I had been quietly blocking it for years without even knowing it.

I walked in feeling like my needs were a burden. I walked out knowing they were a gift I had been refusing to open. Worth every minute.
